In South Carolina, the Lieutenant Governor and the Governor are elected separately.  Do you think the Governor and Lieutenant Governor should be elected on the same ticket or continue to run separately?

Do you support increasing the tax on cigarettes by 50-cents a pack and dedicating the revenue toward giving tax credits to small businesses as an incentive to provide affordable healthcare?
